We girls cannot deny how we love pouches... yes it's considered a kind of bag but it's really cute in a girl's sight... One reason I can see is because of the small stuff among our belongings... 

Some important stuff, usually cosmetics - which we keep inside our pockets instead... Pouches are also useful for organizing all our small stuff..
